Carey Nachenberg is Chronicle’s Chief Scientist and a founding member of the Chronicle team. Prior to joining Chronicle, Carey served as Fellow and chief engineer at Symantec corporation. During his 24-year tenure in the cyber-security industry, Mr. Nachenberg has pioneered numerous cyber-security detection and protection technologies, collectively protecting hundreds of millions of users and garnering over one hundred United States patents. Carey holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from UCLA, where he continues to serve as an Adjunct Professor instructing undergraduate Computer Science courses. Carey is a published author of three books, including the cyber-security thriller The Florentine Deception.
