I am the “Go To” person who develops high-level relationship alliances that fosters collaboration and commitment. I align diversity strategies with business objectives which drive innovation and organizational success.

A key to delivering innovative results is by creating a community of diverse perspectives, cultures and backgrounds. Implementing sustainable and measurable action plans is critical in both the profit and non-profit arenas. Through my inclusive leadership and talent for developing and cultivating high-performing teams I’ve been able to pursue my mission to unlock the untapped brilliance in all of us.

I’m a frequent keynote speaker and panelist on a variety of leadership topics for corporate leadership summits and organization. Several of these events include:

As a leader in the community, I currently serve on the Board of the Women Funding Network and Advancing Minorities Interest in Engineering. Previously, I’ve served as the Vice Chair and Commissioner for the Alameda County Commission on the Status of Women, as an Advisory Board Member for the Information Technology Senior Management Forum and on the Nordstrom Scholarship Committee
