Janice Jaco is an eDiscovery Project Manager at the boutique litigation powerhouse, Keesal, Young & Logan, in Long Beach, California. Janice is currently enjoying the best assignment of her life, working in the law department of Fortune 1 Walmart Inc., in Bentonville, Arkansas, on a long-term secondment. Janice continues her contribution to KYL’s “community of experts,” building on ACEDS and ILTA award-winning programs which integrate leading-edge processes and technologies into every task. Janice was a member of ILTA's 2018 Litigation and Practice Support Content Coordinating Team, contributing to ILTA's transformative educational programming for legal technology professionals. Janice was a member of LTC4™'s eDiscovery Pod, which worked to define competency standards in eDiscovery. Janice is CEDS certified, and was the named “eDiscovery Person of the Year” in 2015 by the Association of Certified eDiscovery Professionals (ACEDS). In the past year at Walmart, Janice has had the privilege of working with a constellation of eDiscovery Rock Stars to bring increased speed, efficiency and just outcomes in the discovery process for Walmart’s law department.
