For the past eight years Monica has been coaching and partnering with leaders, executives, and their teams in Fortune 100 companies and private organizations, including some of the best companies to work for in the U.S.
Known for her global perspective and her innovative strategies, she is a fierce advocate and proponent for inclusivity and well-being, supporting her clients to reach higher levels of health and performance.
She has a master’s degree in International Education and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach with the leading coach organization, the Co-Active Training Institute. She is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, certified in Positive Intelligence, in DEI in the Workplace, as an InPowered Leadership Coach, and is a 500-hour (RYT) certified yoga teacher.
In 2019, Monica was named a Silicon Valley Business Journal Woman of Influence. She is a founding coach of The Coaching Fellowship, a mentor and advisor to Founder Institute, a lifetime Girl Scout and Gold Award recipient, and a marathon finisher.
