Jason Solomon is the Executive Director of the Stanford Center on the Legal Profession, where he works on issues at the intersection of legal-services regulation and access to legal help. He is also a Lecturer in Law at Stanford Law School, where he teaches a course called “Reforming the Profession.” Previously, he worked as Chief Legal Officer for the education nonprofit Summit Learning. For much of the past two decades, he has been a law school professor and administrator, and has researched and written on the civil justice system. Earlier in his career, he worked at the White House and U.S. Treasury under President Clinton, and served as Counselor to the President of Harvard University.
