David J.F. Gross is a partner and head of the Silicon Valley office of Faegre Drinker, a 1400-professional firm with offices in the United States, England, and China. David is a national speaker on trial advocacy and design thinking and the author of NITA’s The Power Trial Method and Faegre’s Design Thinking and Visual Advocacy for Lawyers. As a member of Faegre’s Legal Design Lab, David has led design training activities for Facebook, Lumentum, Seagate, U.S. Bank, and several other leading companies and institutions. David serves on the Board of Stanford Law School’s Center on the Legal Profession and works closely with Stanford’s Legal Design Lab on multiple events involving Legal Design. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School.
